The room was clean, well-aired, we had air conditioning (for such hot weather an absolute MUST), room service was great, restaurant staff extremely friendly and helpful, Concierge Denz was very friendly and helpful as well and organised our trip to the old city to see the Swirling Dervish, which we liked very much. The staff at the reception and particularly at the security check were very friendly. I also liked the location (two or three shopping malls just beside/close to the hotel, a nice Coffee Nero for enjoying all kinds of coffee, the metro station is also very close to the hotel and the Levent area of the city is very nice and seems safe compared to other districts of Istanbul.

The location is just Perfect, we landed in Sabiha Gokcen Airport and we took bus from the the terminal directly to Levent station which is 20m from the hotel. There are 3 Shopping centers within 150m which are one after the other. The Levent metro station is about 1min walk from the hotel, and this station is just 10min ride from Taksim Square and about 15min from Halic which is nearest subway station to Eminonu's markets (Misir Carsisi and Kapali Carsi) The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is very welcoming, always wanting to help with shopping bags and the luggage. The room was very clean everyday when we came back to our room.

This hotel is one of the best hotels ever because of its amazing staff, i often visit Istanbul because of doctor appointments, but this was my first time trying delta, everything about this hotel is amazing the staff amazing, the location the best, the room was very up to date, and very clean, breakfast was amazing, every time I was downstairs, the staff welcomed me over and over, all smiles the whole time, Esma checked me in when I arrived she was very friendly and professional, and a big thank you to husamttien, Deniz, Azara, Onder, aykut, muhamet, Berkan and everyone for making my stay so special, best staff in the world

This is my second time staying with this hotel within 18 months, perfect location, the staff is very friendly. The guards always welcome with smile and try to help, it's very nice to enter such place with pleasant faces. The room was very clean, the beds are very comfy. The hotel is located on a main road of Istanbul so the traffic is very loud, but the windows provide excellent noise cancellation. Obviously it's not perfect but you need to consider the location as a huge factor. The elevators were very fast and we never needed to wait. We'll return again :)

A plus to the security since it has the metal detectors at the gates. It's 3 minutes walking from Levent metro station and had two shopping malls and many restaurants nearby. Really recommended.
